The Quinta has three independent houses: Casa Sol Poente (3 bedrooms, 2 to 8 guests), Casa Encanto (1 bedroom, 2 guests) and Casa Capela (1 bedroom, 2 guests).
Casa Sol Poente: €245 in mid season (May and October) and €280 in high season (June to September, minimum 5 nights). Casa Encanto: €140 and €175. Casa Capela: €130 and €155. Prices are per night; please always confirm the rate when booking.

Yes. Casa Sol Poente has a private porch and a balcony overlooking the Atlantic; Casa Encanto has a panoramic porch with a sea view over the southern coast of São Miguel; and Casa Capela has a balcony with panoramic sea views.
All houses have an equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, television, bathroom, barbecue, terrace or balcony, outdoor parking, a portable crib and access to the shared garden. See each house's page for the full list.
